Breathing Space Children’s Programme is a highly innovative response to the need for projects that support children and young people’s health and wellbeing and that promote healthy living. Delivered by leading experts, the programme works with a diversity of children and partners and is directly informed by the robust evidence-base for arts-in-health.

Our approach utilises dance as a unique tool for nurturing physical, emotional and mental health; for providing innovative respite provision; and, in community contexts, for inspiring life-long learning and healthy living in children and young people.

Breathing Space Children's Prorgamme
extends its reach by delivering dance-in-health training for health practitioners, care staff and play workers that develop and diversify their skills in working with children in palliative care services.
